Lassi is very cooling and refreshing drink to have in summer.Today we are preparing Lassi from Raw milk.
- 2 Glass Raw Milk (full cream milk),
- 2 Table spoon Rose Water
- 1 Tablespoon Cardamom Powder
- 5-10 Tablespoon Sugar or add as per Taste
- 6-8 Ice-Cubes,Optional
How to prepare recipe:-
- In a Big Bowl, take 2 Glass Raw Milk.
- And add rose water,cardamom powder, sugar mix it well in blander.
- The consistency of this lassi nether thin or nor thick.
- Add some ice cube.
- Pour lassi in glass and serve. If you want, you can also add top the lassi 1 tsp of malai and 1 pinch of cardamom powder.
If you drink this lassi after take mile then mile will be digestive very easily.
