Banana And Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:-

  • 1 Green Tea Bag
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Fet less Milk
  • Some Hot Water

How to make Banana And Green tea Smoothie:-


Take 1/4 cup hot water and allow to brew 2-3 minutes. Remove tea bag when tea dissolve in water. Add honey into tea until it dissolve. Stir it.
 Mix banana and milk in a blender and prepare a smooth paste. Add ice cubes in blender.  Blend it.
Add tea to blender.
Pour Banana and green tea smoothie into a tall glass and decorate with 1 slice banana.
Serve it.
